As a Security Guard - Lobby Desk CRE in Beverly Hills, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a premier commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and tenants, helping to create a welcoming environment while monitoring access and supporting security-related protocols. You will help to deter incidents through your presence and provide outstanding customer service, reflecting Allied Universal’s commitment to reliability, agility, and teamwork with integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist visitors, tenants, and/or employees at the front desk, providing a professional and welcoming presence.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials as required by site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, visitor logs, and incident reports as directed.
• Communicate promptly and clearly with property management, Allied Universal management, and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior through attentive presence and adherence to site protocols.
• Follow all security-related procedures and policies specific to the commercial real estate environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
