As a Security Officer - Unarmed Facility Patrol in Appleton, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol an aerospace and defense location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence throughout assigned areas. Your role includes conducting routine patrols, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the aerospace and defense location, including the business interior and perimeter areas.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.
• Assist with access control responsibilities by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required for the location.
• Support emergency response activities, including guiding occupants and coordinating with first responders as directed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation as required by Allied Universal and client policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
