As a Security Officer - Utilities Facility Driver in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Officer in a utilities location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. This is primarily a driving post, so you will be responsible for conducting routine patrols in a vehicle and remaining visible throughout the location. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the utility location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any unusual activities or conditions during patrols to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.
• Assist in controlling access to restricted areas within the utility location as required by site protocols.
• Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency situations by following established procedures and protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
