What You'll Do:

• Conduct screening of individuals entering the location, following established procedures and site-specific policies.
• Provide customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting employees, visitors, and/or contractors as needed.
• Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and address security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as appropriate.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal policies and client site expectations.
• Collaborate with team members and site personnel to support security-related operations and emergency response activities.
• Remain alert and attentive to surroundings to help to deter potential security-related threats within the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
