As a Security Guard - Armed Patrol Driver in Golden, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer in a food and beverage location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service while upholding Allied Universal's values of teamwork, integrity, and care. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while armed, following all company and site-specific protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure environment.
• Monitor for unusual activity or potential threats within the food and beverage production environment and report findings according to established procedures.
• Assist with access control by verifying the credentials of individuals entering restricted areas of the location.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency personnel when required, maintaining clear and concise communication.
• Document all incidents, observations, and actions taken during patrols and/or emergency responses in detailed written reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• An armed guard card or license is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
