As a Security Officer - Access Control Driver in Weiner, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Security Officer specializing in access control at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. Your role includes conducting routine patrols, being highly visible, and supporting a secure environment for employees and visitors. This position may require driving responsibilities. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location, verifying credentials and authorizations for entry and exit.
• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential hazards.
• Document observations, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal and site protocols.
• Support emergency response activities, including assisting with evacuations and following established protocols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel, law enforcement, and/or emergency responders as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
