As a Security Officer - Warehouse Patrol Specialist in Kutztown, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Your role includes conducting routine patrols and providing exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity during patrols, documenting findings as required.
• Assist with controlling access to the location, verifying credentials, and monitoring entry and exit points.
• Support emergency response activities and follow established protocols for incidents occurring within the logistics and distribution environment.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
