As a Security Officer - Access Control Driver in Evansville, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry into the logistics and distribution location.
• Verify credentials and identification of individuals entering and exiting the premises to support site-specific policies.
• Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and delivery personnel with security-related inquiries and directions.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures for the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter security-related risks and observe for unusual activity.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, maintenance needs, or suspicious behaviors in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
• Participate in emergency response activities as appropriate, supporting the site's emergency preparedness procedures.
• Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to maintain a secure environment in alignment with client expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
