As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned financial institution locations, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. You will carry out routine patrols, respond to incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing training and protocols appropriate for financial institution environments.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible security-related presence.
• Monitor access points and assist with controlling entry to restricted areas in accordance with site requirements.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff, providing assistance and information as needed.
• Complete required reports and documentation related to security-related activities, incidents, and observations.
• Remain alert to unusual activities and/or potential threats within the location, reporting findings to appropriate personnel.
• Assist law enforcement or emergency responders when required, following Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification for Texas only.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
