As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a welcoming presence. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, assisting with security-related needs as they arise.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel and/or authorities.
• Assist with controlling access to the property, checking credentials, and monitoring entrances and exits as required by site protocols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities encountered during patrols.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and client representatives to address security-related concerns and support a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
