As a Security Officer - Unarmed Roving Patrol in Roswell, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence throughout the property. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a commercial real estate environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any security-related incidents or unusual activities as per Allied Universal protocols.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and maintaining a visible presence on the property.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management, site personnel, and emergency responders as needed.
• Adhere to all company and site-specific policies, procedures, and training requirements while performing patrol duties unarmed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
