As a Security Officer - Unarmed Commercial Patrol in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a vibrant commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or unusual occurrences to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required.
• Support emergency response activities as directed, including assisting with evacuations and/or providing guidance during incidents.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual situations encountered during patrols.
• Communicate professionally with clients, tenants, and the public while representing Allied Universal at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
