As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, building positive relationships through customer service, and communicating clearly with staff and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any suspicious, unusual, or prohibited activities in and around the premises.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of daily activities, incidents, and any security-related concerns as required by Allied Universal and site management.
• Assist with access control procedures, verifying identification and/or credentials as needed.
• Support emergency response efforts, including guiding occupants and/or coordinating with first responders when necessary.
• Promote a welcoming and professional environment while maintaining a visible presence to help to deter potential threats.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
