Your role will involve managing entry points, checking badges, and conducting routine patrols to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Perform access control duties by verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access at the location.
• Follow site-specific policies and procedures related to access control and security-related matters within a food and beverage production environment.
• Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and vendors with access and security-related questions or concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, utilizing problem-solving skills to address issues as they arise.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns.
• Support emergency response activities in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines and site protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation and logs of access control activities, incidents, and security-related observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or first aid is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
