As a Security Officer - Campus Patrol Driver in Litchfield Park, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic technology and media location. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and communication. You will complete routine patrols, remain highly visible, and respond to situations as needed. This is a driving position, offering the opportunity to be an essential part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for staff and visitors.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business and perimeter areas of the location, including both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Help to deter unauthorized activity through visible patrols and attentive presence.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas, reporting any unusual or suspicious activity to Allied Universal management and/or local authorities as required.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of patrols, incidents, and observations in accordance with Allied Universal procedures.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to provide assistance and relay important information.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
