As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a residential location, you will conduct regular unarmed patrols to help to deter security-related incidents and provide peace of mind to residents. This is a driving post, so you will need a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, maintenance issues, or hazards encountered during patrols.
• Communicate professionally with residents and property management staff to address security-related matters.
• Assist with access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering the property, as needed.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, observations, and activities during each shift.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
