As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic retail location, you will conduct routine patrols and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. Your role involves providing outstanding customer service, clear communication, and responding to situations as needed. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by implementing security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations within the retail location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter theft, loss, and/or unauthorized activities.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders as needed.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential issues and provide assistance to customers and staff.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification for Texas.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• Baton Certification is preferred.
• An Armed Guard Card or License is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
