As a Security Officer - Tech Campus Rounds in Wappingers Falls, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will interact with visitors and staff, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly to support a secure environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, helping to deter potential issues and identify unusual activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the facility to help maintain a secure environment.
• Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and/or suspicious activities according to site protocols.
• Work closely with client representatives and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns and support site operations.
• Remain alert and attentive while on duty, adapting to changing environments and conditions as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A valid guard card or security license is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
