What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Monitor and control access to the logistics and distribution location, verifying credentials and managing entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the warehouse and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify potential issues.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual activity observed during shifts.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, staff, and visitors regarding security-related matters and site procedures.
• Support emergency response efforts and assist with evacuations or other site-specific actions as required by Allied Universal policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
