What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and observe for any security-related concerns.
• Monitor for suspicious activity or potential hazards and report findings according to site procedures.
• Work closely with retail staff and management to support a secure environment for customers and employees.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Remain alert to surroundings and adapt to varying working environments and conditions as required by the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• This is primarily a driving post.
• A valid driver license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A customer service background is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
