As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol healthcare locations, providing a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations within the healthcare environment in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and to identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to Allied Universal management and/or site leadership as required.
• Assist visitors, patients, and staff with directions and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence.
• Support access control by monitoring entrances and exits, checking identification as needed, and helping to maintain a secure environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff and first responders during emergencies or drills, following established protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Vaccination is required for this hospital position.
• Work may involve duties in the hospital morgue.
• Must be able to restrain individuals as required in a hospital setting.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
