As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related concerns, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential disturbances and provide reassurance to tenants and visitors.
• Work collaboratively with property management, tenants, and visitors to address security-related needs and concerns.
• Complete required reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner as directed by Allied Universal.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
