As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to incidents, and interact with employees and visitors to provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at financial institution locations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
• Monitor access points and verify identification of individuals entering restricted areas.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related concerns to the appropriate authorities and/or management.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential threats within the financial institution environment.
• Assist with crowd control and/or direct individuals during emergencies as needed.
• Document all incidents and maintain daily activity reports in accordance with Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a valid concealed carry weapons permit.
• Have one or more of the following: one or more years of law enforcement experience, two or more years of security supervisor or manager experience, or three or more years of security-related experience.
• Possess a valid armed guard card or license.
• Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
