As a Security Officer - Industrial Site Patrol in Groveport, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication, supporting a collaborative and people-first environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor for any unusual activity and report findings as required.
• Assist with access control by verifying credentials of individuals entering restricted areas.
• Support emergency response activities as needed, following Allied Universal protocols and site guidelines.
• Document observations and incidents clearly and accurately in daily activity reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
