What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials and maintaining visitor logs as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Communicate with site personnel and/or emergency responders as needed during emergency response activities.
• Assist with the implementation of security-related measures to help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious activity at the location.
• Maintain a professional presence while handling inquiries and providing information to guests and employees.
• Document observations and incidents in detailed reports as required by Allied Universal and site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
