As a Security Officer - Distribution Entry in Lowell, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding to questions and assisting personnel and visitors as needed.
• Perform screening duties at designated checkpoints to help to deter unauthorized access and/or prohibited items from entering the logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to observe for unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verifying credentials and/or packages as required by site procedures.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, site staff, and visitors to support a secure and orderly environment.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
