As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. Your presence and proactive communication will contribute to a secure environment for clients and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding appropriately to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution's premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity.
• Document observations and incidents according to Allied Universal policies and communicate relevant information to supervisors and/or law enforcement as required.
• Assist with access control procedures, verifying identification and/or credentials as appropriate for the location.
• Support emergency response activities as directed, including assisting with evacuations or providing guidance to visitors and staff during incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• State, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
