As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a leading Tech/Media/Telecom location, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, including both indoor and outdoor areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and report any irregularities according to site-specific protocols.
• Assist employees, visitors, and/or contractors with directions and information as needed while maintaining professional conduct.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and location personnel to help to deter potential disruptions and maintain order.
• Complete detailed and accurate incident reports and logs as required by site protocols.
• Support emergency response procedures and participate in drills as requested by site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
