As a Security Officer - Hotel Patrol in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. You will remain visible throughout the property, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate professionally with guests and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting guests and staff as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel, including guest areas and the perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and maintenance issues according to Allied Universal and site protocols.
• Assist with crowd control and/or access management during events or periods of high occupancy at the location.
• Collaborate with hotel staff to address guest concerns and support a welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
