This armed and driving role involves monitoring assigned areas, responding to situations as needed, and delivering outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies as required by Allied Universal.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, including both indoor and outdoor areas, to help to deter unauthorized activities.
  • Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry or suspicious behavior within the location.
  • Maintain detailed records of observations, incidents, and/or activities as required by Allied Universal and client site protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal personnel and site staff to address security-related concerns and support overall site operations.
  • Remain alert and attentive during all shifts, demonstrating a proactive approach to security-related challenges in an aero and defense environment.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and site-specific requirements related to carrying and handling firearms while on duty.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience is required.
  • An armed guard card or license is required.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
