As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact, greeting visitors and assisting tenants while monitoring access to the building. You will help to deter security-related incidents through your presence and provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
  • Monitor access to the building, verifying identification and granting entry to authorized individuals in accordance with established protocols.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, initiating emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior within the location.
  • Document and report any security-related incidents, unusual observations, or maintenance issues encountered during the shift.
  • Answer questions and provide information to visitors and tenants regarding building policies, directions, and general inquiries.
  • Collaborate with property management and Allied Universal personnel to support a secure and welcoming environment in a commercial real estate setting.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
