As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will conduct regular patrols throughout the property, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. You will interact with staff, visitors, and patients, delivering outstanding customer service and communication while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of staff, patients, and visitors.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
• Observe and report any unusual conditions, incidents, or activities to Allied Universal management and/or site leadership as required.
• Assist with access control, visitor management, and enforcement of facility policies and procedures.
• Support emergency preparedness and response efforts as directed by Allied Universal and/or site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
