As a Security Officer - Logistics Patrol Team in Norwood, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol logistics and distribution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible to those on site. You will conduct routine patrols, offer exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly with team members and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the logistics and distribution location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and report any unusual activity or security-related breaches according to established protocols.
• Communicate clearly with team members and site contacts to relay important information and coordinate responses to incidents.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities during patrols in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
• Remain visible and approachable to assist individuals on-site and provide directions or information as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
