As a Security Officer - Media Campus Driver in Sacramento, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will actively monitor and patrol a dynamic tech location, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. This is a driving post, where you will conduct routine patrols and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the technology and media location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or unauthorized access.
• Monitor for unusual activity and report security-related concerns according to established protocols.
• Assist employees, visitors, and contractors with directions and information while maintaining a professional presence.
• Communicate clearly with Allied Universal management and site representatives regarding security-related matters.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities observed during patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
