As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout a commercial real estate location. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond appropriately to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues within the commercial real estate location.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and/or site leadership regarding incidents, issues, or concerns observed during patrols.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and helping to maintain an orderly flow of people within the location.
• Complete required documentation, such as incident reports and daily activity logs, in a timely and accurate manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
