As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior within a financial institution environment.
  • Monitor for and report any unusual activity, hazards, or security-related concerns observed during patrols.
  • Communicate with Allied Universal management and/or local law enforcement as needed during incidents or emergencies.
  • Complete required documentation and incident reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Remain alert and attentive while on duty to help to deter potential security-related incidents and/or breaches.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Have at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
  • Be a graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or an equivalent program.
  • Possess a college degree.
  • Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
