As a Airport Security Officer - Park Team in Honolulu, HI, you will safeguard the airport, staff, and it's facilities. Along with driving, patrolling, checking, and securing doors. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication to all visitors and staff. Position Type: Full Time - Afternoon 

Pay Rate: $22.50 / Hour with an hourly bonus of $1.96. Premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked by the employee.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities, with patrol routes and schedules varying as required by the location.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and reporting any irregularities.
• Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency response activities, including evacuations or other critical incidents as needed.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents, patrols, and any security-related activities observed during the shift.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Must be able to ride a bike.
• Be at least 21 years of age for unarmed roles; 22+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
