As a Security Officer - Financial Institution Patrol in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting a secure environment for staff and visitors. You will remain visible throughout your shift, provide outstanding customer service, and communicate clearly with those you encounter. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding to situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for financial institutions.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and client site protocols.
• Assist visitors, employees, and/or contractors with inquiries and directions while monitoring access to restricted areas.
• Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and site contacts regarding any unusual activities or emergencies.
• Support emergency response activities and assist with evacuation procedures if necessary, in accordance with site-specific guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
