What You'll Do:

• Support access control procedures by verifying credentials of individuals entering and exiting the manufacturing and industrial location.
• Help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity through attentive monitoring and presence at access points.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting employees, visitors, and contractors with site-specific access requirements.
• Monitor security-related systems such as cameras and alarms to identify and report potential concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure environment.
• Document and report incidents, irregularities, and/or unusual circumstances according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and emergency responders as needed during emergencies or drills.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
