As a Security Officer - Armed Driver Patrol - Day Shifts in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will conduct routine patrols and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. In this armed and driving role, you will interact with employees and visitors, provide exceptional customer service, and support access control measures. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and control entry and exit of personnel and vehicles as required by site-specific protocols.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities within the food and beverage production environment.
• Assist with incident documentation and maintain accurate records of daily activities and occurrences.
• Collaborate with site personnel and local law enforcement as necessary during emergency or critical situations.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential threats and reassure employees and visitors at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• An armed guard card or license is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
