As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic retail environment, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a welcoming presence for guests and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and monitor for any irregularities.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits and verifying credentials as required by site-specific procedures.
• Document all incidents and security-related activities according to Allied Universal guidelines and client requirements.
• Work collaboratively with store management and staff to address security-related concerns and support a welcoming environment for customers.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
