As a Security Officer - Armed Government Patrol in Clinton, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated government locations, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the assigned location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for unusual conditions.
• Monitor and report any suspicious behavior, security-related breaches, or hazards encountered during patrols.
• Work closely with law enforcement and/or emergency personnel as required in accordance with established protocols.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patrols, incidents, and daily activities.
• Follow all instructions and procedures provided by Allied Universal and the site management for armed patrol duties.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
