As a Security Officer -Full-Time Entry Attendant in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Allied Universal team member, you will help to deter security-related incidents by managing access control in a dynamic food and beverage location. Your responsibilities include monitoring entrances, conducting routine patrols, and maintaining a visible presence while delivering outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and authorizations for entry and exit.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to observe for unusual activity and help to deter unauthorized access.
• Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to support a secure environment.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities as required by site protocols.
• Assist with the implementation of emergency response procedures as needed within the food and beverage environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
