As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while managing entry points. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access to the logistics and distribution location, verifying credentials of employees, visitors, and vehicles entering the premises.
• Assist in carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal and the client site.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing assistance and reporting as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Provide customer service to all individuals at the location, answering questions and assisting as appropriate while maintaining security-related protocols.
• Document and report any observed irregularities, such as property damage, suspicious activity, or equipment malfunctions, according to site procedures.
• Support emergency response activities when appropriate, following established protocols and instructions from Allied Universal or site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
