As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a chemical or petrochemical location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment. You will provide exceptional customer service, interact with visitors and staff, and support access control procedures. This is a driving position. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the chemical and petrochemical facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and observe for unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity.
• Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and maintenance issues identified during patrols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and emergency responders during incidents or drills as required.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential risks and provide assistance as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
