What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing communication and observation skills.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both the business premises and perimeter areas.
• Help to deter unauthorized individuals and/or activities by maintaining a visible presence during patrols.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or security-related incidents to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as required.
• Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances, exits, and restricted areas during patrols.
• Assist with emergency response protocols and coordinate with local authorities and/or client personnel when necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
