As an unarmed patrol officer at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining visible throughout the facility. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies within the healthcare environment.
• Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate, maintaining a calm and problem-solving approach.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a composed and professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any irregularities, including property damage, unusual occurrences, or unauthorized persons on the premises.
• Communicate and collaborate with facility staff and Allied Universal team members to support a secure environment.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities and incidents as required by site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Vaccinations required for hospital environment.
• Ability to work in hospital morgue settings.
• Ability to restrain individuals in hospital settings.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
