As a Security Officer - Vehicle Patrol in Atglen, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location, verifying credentials and authorizations for entry.
• Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with security-related procedures and provide excellent customer service.
• Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies relevant to access control.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities, hazards, or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
• Support emergency response activities as needed, maintaining composure and professionalism during critical situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
