As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned government locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining visible and approachable. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with the public, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support security-related needs at the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or suspicious circumstances to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist visitors, employees, and contractors by providing information and directions as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
• Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points according to site-specific guidelines.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs, reports, and records of daily activities and incidents as required by Allied Universal and the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
