As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a reassuring presence for visitors and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing training and protocols provided by Allied Universal.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or potential concerns to the appropriate personnel and/or authorities as directed.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits and verifying credentials as required by site procedures.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations in accordance with Allied Universal standards.
• Provide visible presence throughout the retail environment to help to deter theft, vandalism, and/or other unwanted activities.
• Support store staff and customers by offering assistance and addressing inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
